Recall Cards
To edit this form click on Recall Cards.The shaded area is set for a 4 x 6 continuous pinfeed postcard. This shaded area will not print. The screen below is shown on layout mode. The @@ at the lower left hand corner is the record number. This way if the printer jams you know by looking at the cards that printed correctly where to restart your printing! Recall Letters edit this form click on Recall Letters.The screen below is shown on layout mode. The letterhead appearance at the top is the same as is used in the Letters module. You will need to type your own letter body. Remember, you can use FileMaker™ Pro’s built in merge feature to add specific information from the patient’s record, including diagnoses, balances, medications, etc., directly into your letter!

Recall Labels There are two different label layouts. One is for a coventional pinfeed continuous computer label, 1 across (left graphic shown in layout mode), and the other is for the CoStar LabelWriter (right graphic shown in layout mode).
